I had some major problems with Openoffice and Compiz. Dialogs showing up full screen and Spreadsheet app making some weird full screen without title bar and stuff.
The solution is easy, just to ‘Workaround’ in ‘Advanced Desktop Effects Settings’ and remove ‘Legacy Fullscren Support’ and everything will work just fine. Haven’t noticed anything not working either.
